Hi all,

does any one know the max distance for a analogue line ?
I need to run one to a gatehouse off the PBX (G3R)
The distance is something like a mile (big site in UK)with a couple of junction box's along the way.
Not sure if Avaya do some sort of repeater/booster otherwise.

Cheers,

I am not sure the exact distance you can do this. I beleive I was told 100 miles at one time, but don't hold me to it. I do have several numbers that are located about 3/4 of a mile away and do not have any problems with them even on some old copper they are running on.
