max 6000 disconnection problem please HELP

our max 6000 randomly disconnects user anywhere from 2min onwards. i have so far performed software upgrades & downgrades currently 8.05 from 9.0.9. lqm is disabled, idle time is disable. error on syslog is ppp terminate requested, but the customers didn't request disconnection. also sometimes customers get no data when connected. any help would be appreciated. very deperate.

If user will not browse, it will be disconnected by MAX after 120 seconds. Please set the idle time in session info , idle = 0

Can u please check the E1 / PRI statistics for errors, please observe.
