I just tried to install Matworx v13.0.1 and I've got the error message "Couldn't find installable ISAM" when I use some function (Station assignment and Len listup).

The program start correctly and I can even connect to my PBX.

Any ideas?

Windows XP SP2 (french version).
I made my installation with administrator privilege...

French Version well there you go! Just Kidding...

Try the following Ive seen it work with US versions of XP

Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, Advance TAB, Performance Settings, Uncheck "Use visual styles on windows and buttons"

The box was already uncheck... I check it, try same problem. Uncheck and retry it and nothing check.

Searching the web, I found that the same message occurs sometimes when exporting data from Microsoft application (Visual basic, excel, etc.)

I have Office 2003 install on this computer. I've try a rapair without any success!

What is the exact scenarion you are doing let me try here.

I start Matwork.

The taskbar appear.

I connect to the PBX (by modem: Succesfully connected to the PBX.

Try "Station - Station assignment"
Got the message "Loading add-in...Please wait"
Then got the error message:"Couldn't find installable ISAM" (The title of the box is "Station assignment" and I just can click "OK").

I tried Set system clock and it's working correctly, moc mode, IPLC, Copy/move/swap station are working too.

Len listup, fault display give me the same error as Station assigment...

It seems that one of the dll files did not register properly. There is no indication which dll? A clue is that it is not an NEC dll, it is a Microsoft dll that relates to the matworx program.
If there was a way to see which dlls are being accessed by matworx, you could figure which one it is and run a regsvr32 for that dll.
I am sure you have you tried an uninstall and reinstall of matworx?

No problem here...

winver produced the following.
Version 5.1(Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254 : Service Pack 2)

I've tried reinstall it several time, cleaning the registry each time.

I think you're right but I don't know which DLL is causing the problem. I've try reparing Office 2003 but no luck!

Did you try a new log on? sometimes that works. Just create a new user with administrator rights and uninstall and reinstall.
Otherwise, have you tried other French XP with the same version?

I just tried New user with administraor right, uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't work (but great idea!)

I'll try on another PC tonight. Thanks for the lead!
