We recently opened up two new schools, and installed buffer boxes in those sites. I have set up the sites in MAT, just like I have done for other sites that are currently working fine. However, for the two new sites, I am unable to get the Department Summary Report or Extension Detail Reports to run.
I have poured over this for countless hours, and in doing a comparison of the Telephone Configuration Reports, I see the one difference for the two new sites. It is at the very end of the report, it shows:
Trunks Ommitted from the Configuration File
and then it lists several trunk numbers T0024017, for example. This does not show up on any of the Telephone Config. reports that are running properly. And, the odd thing is that it is showing T0024017 and those aren't even the trunk numbers I list.
I wonder if anyone might know anything about this, and if anyone can help.
