Hello all... I am unable to use the MAT to connect to a 2400 ipx... When I try to login, it gives me Read/Write error occured... The customer says that they recently had the power in the building go up and down several times in a row (this would not cause issues with the pbx, its backed up) so I am thinking that the MAT software is possibly corrupted, but I want to just check and see if there are any other thoughts out here before I try to uninstall/reinstall, or if anyone had any info on something I should check out before doing anything to the MAT... Thanks...

Your error does sound like the PC, however, in that system version the ports on the IO cards tend to go bad with power/lightning hits. You could try resetting the IO card. Anything else running off of that card will be temporarily disconnected (MCI, SMDR, etc.). A reset is quick, around 20 seconds.

Thanks much... I have subsequently swapped to a new pc and am getting ready to replace the IO card...
