MAT - Can the dongle be transferred between option 11 switches?

We have a meridian option 11C that requires bulk changes to be made to the digital feature sets. Unfortunately the MAT pc for the site is no longer functional and cannot be repaired. Is there a method whereby a redundant MAT pc and dongle can be configured to function with the working option 11C? Checking other posts the dongle is associated with the site ID, could I transfer the storage unit between the SSC cards (from the redundant option 11).

Is there any standalone GUI driven applications that provide the same functionality as the extension manager that would allow bulk changes to be made?

no, sid is unique to the dongle.. there used to be some secondary site software better the mat but i do not know the name or source.. if you find someone that knows basic scripting, it's easy to move ext between sites as well as wholesale changes... check gh trouts web site, i think he does that.
