does anyone know how to unlock MAT if you've tried to log in to the application and used the wrong password 4 or 5 times? i changed the password and one of my co-workers kept using the old one and now we're locked out.
i know the old login ID and password were admin, admin, but is there a back door that Nortel uses?

i know OTM is a better program, but if u can help, much appreciated. thanks.

Quickest way is to re-boot the PC, then log in
