Masters????

Hi guys, I know that right now it is kind of tough for us in the IT field, and with the different opions in CERTIFICATIONS (do they worth something or not) different opions. But what i wanted to get a feed back from some of you guys with knowledge in the subject is; do you think I will get a better(but I mean BETTER)chance, will i get an real edge if i pursue my Masters degree??? I know that no matter what education always pais out but, do you think i should go for it????
