Master Server 41 on client in DMZ

Hi,

i have Master Unix/AIX
media Aix
and 2 Windows server 2k3 in DMZ

The client and the master ping each other, but from client properties the client take error 41 "connection timed out"

The backup end in Return Code 54

Firewall open the port, but error continues

Any idea?

1. What version of netbackup?
2. can you telnet from the master server to the client on port 13782 (bpcd)?
3. can the client telnet to the master on vnet port (13724)?
