Prior to handing out BlackBerry's, when we would roll out cell phones, we made sure to add a "Master Contact List" via software before giving the device to the user.
Aside from the fact that the software, which does not support BlackBerry devices, our BlackBerry's do sync over-the-air to and from the users' Outlook client. As it currently stands, the users have their own contact lists within Outlook that ends up sync'ing to their BlackBerry's. Is it possible to create a Master Contact List which would sync to all BlackBerry users without user intervention or is the best answer to create a public folder which houses the master list, and have the user copy it periodically to their contact list in order to have it sync to their BlackBerry's?
