Good Morning,

I've tried to get OMM working on my Octel Aria 250 (3.10.09), but it will not log in correctly. I have to change the department code in 3000+ mailboxes. Can that be done in OMM? If not, what are some other methods I might use?

Thanks,

I use Procomm and just make a script file with the changes and steps in it.

yes you can use OMM to do this what version OMM are you using ? are you usig a modem or direct connect

Ken,

I am using OMM 2.02.02, but it seems when I login (via modem), the system doesn't execute the login script correctly. (And we spoke yesterday on the phone), I didn't realize you're on this list also.

kh550,

I use Procomm also. Could you share how your script works?

your version of OMM is to low i see that you have 3.10.09 and when you upgraded i know that the new version of OMM was sent as part of the upgrade it comes free of charge with any rel 3.xx upgrade. You may have it or the vender you used did not give it to you. Also check to make sure that you do have feature bit 75 turned on. there is also a tool called mailbox builder that is no longer on the Avaya website that is free to all i can send it to you if you like it works with Procomm
