Mass creating mailboxes

We are in the process of hiring new staff and have many requests in for setting up new users. I have automated creating NT accounts and am looking to automate to an extent mailbox creation.
Is there a tool or utility that will help in creating many mailboxes on Exchange.

Use the integrated import tool in Exchange Admin. Create a .CSV file and import. Works great. Remember that you have to follow a standard regarding the column names in the .CSV file.

A good way to create that .CSV file is to export your existing database and use those files as a template for your import. Also, Microsoft has a template you can download that shows all of the fields that can be imported. You can find the download in their downloads section.
