I need to create hundreds of PDF files from as many HTML files. Can anyone suggest and method to automate this task? I have 'Cute PDF' which creates PDF's but it has no function to create many PDF's from a list of HTML files.

Any help/suggestions is much apreciated.

Thanks,
Greg

Cheers!

I use PDF995 for occasional PDF printing. Works OK for me. Free version opens their web site in default browser on each use. I have not had any problems with spam or intrusion while using this. They have a companion product for your need.

From PDF995 website (==========================================================
How can I dynamically convert HTML to PDF?
OmniFormat can rapidly and accurately convert HTML to PDF. OmniFormat includes HTML2PDF995, a utility for rapid, quality conversion of HTML to PDF and other formats. HTML2PDF995 may be called from other applications or run from the command line to quietly convert HTML to PDF. See the OmniFormat Read Me.

this sounds like what you want. you can automate this using a visual basic script that will process each file using html2pdf995 process. it sounds like it can be called from other applications. so, post.

I'm a huge fan of Batch Print Pro 2 ( Not only does it allow us to effectively and reliably print reams of documents in whatever order we want, but it also allows you to print a massive number of items to PDF (assuming you have Adobe Standard already loaded). Set Acrobat not to prompt for a file name, then drag and drop the HTML files into Batch Print Pro and print away. Last check, the cost was $59. Well worth it.
