I want to have the password masked as it is typed in only to show symbols such as black dots. I am working with Access 2003. Is that possible in this program?

dbar10 . . .

You can use the access already preformatted input mask!
[ol][li]Open the form in design and select the textbox.[/li]
[li]Open the properties window and select the [blue]Data[/blue] tab.[/li]
[li]Put the cursor on the [blue]Input Mask[/blue] line then click the three elipses just to the right.[/li]
[li]In the input mask wizard dialog ... select the [blue]Password[/blue] input mask.[/li]
[li]Click next until the [blue]Finish[/blue] button is enabled and click finish.[/li]
[li]Save the form and close.[/li]
[li]Perform your testing![/li][/ol]
