Masking of Credit Card Numbers aloha 5.026 1

I am running aloha 5.026. The customer copy of credit card reciept only shows last 4 numbers. My copy shows all. In system interface.. credit cards,, there is only two choices, show all numbers or show only last 4. Can aloha 5.026 be programmed to mask all numbers and if so, how,or is upgrade needed. Thanks you for helping.

Make sure MASKCREDITCARDNUMBERS=1 is in the Aloha.ini file to mask the guest checks. You can also mask different sets of digits on the voucher, but it's a little more complicated.

I don't believe any version of Aloha masks all numbers. However, in order to be compliant with Visa Cisp you need to be on version 5.315 or higher.

Both of the previous posts are correct.

There is no way for you to do this with that version.

150Aloha is right in that there is more to compliance than masking credit card numbers, but I also realize that to the end user and their customers, it's 90% of it.

Even before CISP/PCI was in full swing, Aloha new that this alone would sell upgrades, and thus did not come out with a patch or utility to do this.

I believe 5.2x is the first version to be able to mask both copies in that format.
