I have a Nortel Norstar MICS system with 8 lines going into it. All the lines are mapped to their own phone number. What I want to know is it possible to call out on any one of the 8 lines and on the receiving end of the call display only the the main company line, which is also line 1. Kind of like NATing ip addresses but with phone lines.

YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH YOUR LEC, THERE THE ONES THAT CONTROL THAT

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

You can have your LEC set up all your 7 roll over lines in the hunt group to be terminal positions and show only the main number when you dial out. You will need to make sure that you don't need the numbers tied to these numbers first if ever wanting to call back in on one of them.....
