mask layer 1

Ih I have created a flash 5 move

one of layers I created is masked I then published the movies as a quicktime movie

However the published movie does not see the masked layer how do i make the publish movie see the layer

I don't think the version of Quicktime exported by Flash 5 supports masking.

ok then it sounds like your mask is just not done properly... make sure your masked layer is actually masked and the mak layer is actually set up as a mask... go through the tutorial on how to do a mask, that might help...
