Mas90 User Logon Screen Missing 1

loads the pvx shows the login window on taskbar, but cannot login! tried reboot, moving taskbar, restoring window, reinstalled workstation setup....but cant get screen to show!

only 1 wkstation so far...

any thoughts?

UPDATE: even tho i cannot see the logon box, i set focus to the taskbar window and just started typing username tab password double enter and mas90 opened up. so hmmmmmm, still cant see logon window, changed users once in, and i could see that logon box...

possibly, have you extended the desktop to a second monitor. The symptoms you are describing sound similar to that prob.

If it is not, make sure your display adapter has config for 1 monitor.

odd... the integrated Intel video card had the "Extend my windows desktop to this monitor" checked. I unchecked it, and there it was! We put new ATI cards in the system MONTHS ago, and only recently this happened. I guess the user enabled this card for some reason, and somehow sent only the Mas90 logon window over there.
