MAS90 Error #47: Substring reference out of string Program GLWDAC

Hello, a user was performing entries when they determined or thought the entry wasn't being taken. So they entered it in numerous times. The error is Error 47 in program GLWDAC at line 10080. What is the best course of action to resolve this issue. Thanks,

Just to update, the issue has been corrected. We needed to do a repair; rebuild the application key for the Daily Posting File; Analyze and then rebuild the sort files. Everything is working now. There was one bad record.
