Hi, I'm trying to print in mas90 a sales order invoice but an error shows up "Crystal print error: Not enough memory for operation" how can i resolve this issue..
Did you recently update MAS? You normally get this error message when you update MAS and do not update the Crystal reports and forms. If you go into the design and try to refresh you will get a more specific error message telling you exactly where the report is failing.
Normally this error message is caused by an error in a formula. This is why you need to go to the design mode and attempt to refresh as this will point out the specific formula or field that is causing the error.
Just as I thought. Go into the formula and change it what I have shown. Are you sure you did not upgrade or create a new form? This is a classic example of the change from one level to the next in MAS. The field use to be called SO_23CRWInvoicedetail.miscitemnumber and in the next release it changed to SO_23CRWInvoiceDetail.MiscCode so after doing a conversion of the reports and forms in Crystal you had to go into the formulas and change the field name. If you did not you received the error message you got.
