MAS90 4.10 Printing slow 2

We have just upgraded to 4.10 and when printing packing lists and/or sales order printing, it takes approx. 2 minutes to print (to a laser). Our installer stated that something is missing from the crystal report. Any advice?

We also have McAfee Total Protection for Small Business, could this be impeding the print process?

is it a custom report or standard?

Slow reports are an issue with 4.10. Try using a new form and see how fast that prints. If the speed is the same then nothing can be done. If it is noticeably faster then something is wrong with the design of the current form.

The report is standard but we have added images. How do I get to the other reports... once we selected the one with images, it does not give me the option to look at other reports.

Crystal has a hard time with images in general. Blows the size way up. To get a new form just enter a new form code in the window and select preprintted or printed and the form.
