MAS200 Customizer - finding the right form

I was just asked to modify 2 MAS forms, using Customizer. One worked as expected. But not the other ...

1) Want to modify form A header.
2) Opening form A header in Customizer: it looks different than what I see when opening form A normally.
3) There is no already customized version of form A in the 'customized forms' folder.

So where is the form A that I see when using the system? We wish to start from that version.

Could there be another folder that is user specific or company specific?

1. You don't use Customizer to edit forms,you use Report Manager.
2. You have not told us what form.
3. What version of MAS are you on?
4. Why aren't you working with your reseller on this.

OK now you are making more sense.

What are you trying to do to RMA data entry?
RMA data entry and S/O Invoice Data Entry are two completely diffent forms.

I used customizer to add a UDF field to RMA data entry. That works fine. So using Customizer seems to be OK.

But I cannot find the 'correct' SO Invoice data entry form.
('Correct' in this case is the form that users see when they open SO Invoice data entry form.)

I do find a default SO Invoice Data Entry form.

Apparently, our reseller customized the default. But I cannot find the customize form. I am asked to add a single field to this customized form.

Sounds like an easy question for the guys that modified the form. Probably easiest if I just wait for my reseller. I had hoped I was missing aomething obvious.

You can use Report Manager under Library Master to locate the correct form.
