MAS2 Dialogic Board - Ports Won't Come Online

We are running MM 5.2 with QSIG integration. Two application servers and one store server. MAS2 has 2 T1 connections to our PBX.

After reboot these ports will not come back online. Any ideas? It appears in looking at the back of the server that we actually have two boards, one for each T1 connection.

Could they have both gone bad? It recognizes the T1 connetions since the light goes red when I pull the cable.

Try rebooting again. If that doesn't work swap the cables to your other MAS to see if they come up.

We got this resolved. The dialogic boards somehow lost their configuration after applying a service pack. Once we reconfigured everything came back online.
