MAS sync issues with AMC

Hi guys,

Having a strange issue with a MAS server that does not sync successfully with the AMC.

Its MAS version 5.0

When I try to sync through the service link tab it usually shows "sync operation in progress" however this just beings up a blank page. I have deactivated service link and cleared the hardware ID on the AMC however the problem still persists. I am able to ping and telnet to sync.mitel-amc.com so I don't think this is a firewall issue.

You may have to have AMC support clear hardware ID.

what is sitting between the server and the internet ?

i had a firewall that was changing ssl traffic that stopped one of mine
- firewall maintainer had to add exceptions

Strange...
Try flushing the DNS cache on the MSL linux using:
signal-event dns-update

Cleared the HW ID and Service Link
However overnight the service link re-registered
Cleared the DNS cache
I don't think there are any Firewall rules blocking communication between the AMC and the MAS.

It looks like a software issue so we may need to redeploy
