MAS remote access

Greetings,

Is anyone using an Internet-based remote access application such as GoToMyPc or Logmein to access their MAS? If so, any feedback to share?

We use gotomeeting all the time with our customers and it works fine.

Thanks Ken. I am hesitant to install an application on the MAS without knowing if there will be an adverse affect.

I've accessed and fully tested MAS's through ADSL, PSTN and VPN using GoToMyPC, Symantech PC Anywhere and DamWare with no issues. The biggest problems you will find are around port numbers and ACL's. I would strongly recommend that you creat an additional IP address for these purposes so that BP/Avaya are unaffected.
