Has anyone installed MAS 90 v4.05 on Windows Server 2008?

We are currenly running on WS 2000 and wish to move MAS 90 4.05 to WS 2008.

Thanks, Glen

We haven't but Sage supports 4.05 on WS 2008, Standard & Enterprise.

Hello Skip.. Thanks for this information. But are you sure Sage will support Mas/90 version 4.05 on Windows 2008 server? Their supported platform matrix only indicates 4.3 is supported. Did something change since 2/11/09 when that was released?

The reason I ask is we recently installed a new Windows 2008 server (32-Bit standard) and the issue we had was with the darn Firewall included in 2008 server. We disabled that as well as SMB 2.0 (went back to SMB 1.0 to disable opportunistic locking).

Anyway, all is running extremely well. We are just concerned that if we have a system issue it will not be supported by Sage when we call. What has your experience been?

Thanks
Dave
