MARP/SCR on 2616 phones for company directors 1

Hi,

I have a problem with trying to set up phones for the directors of our company. Currently they all share a very large, open office space - and wish to be able to pick up each others calls (before they CFNA to the PA's phone) if they're in the office and the others aren't. They are not happy with the 'group pickup' option as it is difficult to tell which phone is ringing from one side of the office to the other.

Currently I have them set up to ring on keys with the person's name labelled next to the key. This is cool as they can be on the phone themselves, see the person's key flashing, and use the "hold" key to switch between calls.

The PROBLEM now is: the ringing seems to occur across ALL phones when *any* number is called. They want it set up so *only* the called number rings, and the key flashes on the other phones against the person's name.

Any phone that you don't want to ring change the key to SCN
there is no other way

have you ever thought about having prime phone to have distant ringing and all of the apperence as SCN so when a guys phone rings it will have a distanct sound they look down it will be flashing on the other phones they can pick it up

do you know how I can obtain a list of all (RNPG) Ring Pickup groups? I am using an Option 11 system.
