Marlin Messageing

I just replaced my Nortel system with a Merlin Magic with voice mail Merlin Messaging R4.0 when i dial VM hunt group it will Ring beep but no answer. I have only two ports of voice mail but all 12 ports are are green as well as the status lite. Any ideas or is the XM toast? Thanks for any suggestions

If you haven't programmed the voicemail extension's into the Magix system, it will do that. My guess is you have not programmed the Magix correctly to integrate with the voicemail.

i now have remote access merlinman you tried to log in but didn't work with out a translation card i now have on in place so if merlinman can try to log in now it would work i lost the number he gave me to call you

If the processor is an R4 the system can do a general configuration of the voice mail. From there ports and lines can be moved around to call groups to implement delayed auto attendant answering etc...
