Ok I just got the heave ho after 18.5 yrs as a field tech"last 11 yrs at 95% norstar and some bcms" most of my formal training was in option switches ,2 yr degree in Commputer information systems from 1986.I can talk the talk and my networking skills could use a bump..Any ideas on what to go after to keep current and anybody looking for a sub in hudson valley area in new york?
