When end-users are trying to send an invoice from our accounting software (Microsoft Nav) we are getting an error stating:
MAPI is not working properly.
One way to get MAPI working properly is to install Microsoft Exchange.
All end users have Outlook 2003 installed and working properly. I am not sure where to begin troubleshooting this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
