Map Incoming DID to Contact in MCD system

Hello,

Without purchasing Mitel's UC platform, is there a way to map a incoming DID with a contact name within the MCD system? In other words, one of our users has a company provided cell phone, and we would like the incoming call to display that users name so the secretary doesn't ignore the call.

Alpha tagging will do that for you. registers name to incoming number; you can do it for outgoing now as a check you are dialling the correct umber if its set up..
