We have a Meridian Option11 Branch office in Ireland.
I need to map some DID to DN's and not sure of procedure
I do have access to the Ireland switch and have been configuring phones there. Main Office is in Canada.

That's IDC in LD 49.

REQ - prt
TYPE - idc
CUST - 0

Enter your incoming digits, then enter the converted digits.

To change them, enter chg, IDC, 0, enter incoming/converted digits as appropriate.

Great, it worked. Thanks!!
Just a note for ref. for the next guy.
DCNO is a list number and i did a print and put in 1 and saw the existing list.
you need to fill in DCNO 1, when doing a chg.
REQ chg
TYPE idc
CUST 0
DCNO 1 (you need to fill in which list)
IDGT 0999
0999 2750 (here you fill in the converted number. (2nd figure)
IDGT (just press enter here if all done)

Thanks Again

you can check your did route 1st, ld 16 prt rdb and look at the active idc table, it will have a* because the active table.. you can use a unique table for nights and days.. allows for some creative routing.. on one network we had 12 acd agents for 8 hours a day, after shiftm the switch went into nights and i routed the calls to a second 81,, one thing about the idc translation, the switch see the output side as the original dialed dn...

so if that acd did a ncfw back to the same acd-dn, no idc on that route.. the call went to the general mb for that acd group.. when i built that i wondered about anyone working behind me...

How would I delete an entry?
Probably 'out", idc and then i just enter the 4 digits, then press enter
but I want to be sure before proceeding.
