As a favor, I installed a used nortel for a friend, and reinitialized the flash 4 voice mail to get rid of all of the previous mailboxes and AA's.(I found how to do that on what looks to be copies of a voice mail manual that came with the used system. The pages are way out of numerical order, so I'm sure I don't have anywhere near the whole thing.) When I tried to go back into the voice mail to set it up, the system acts like there is no voice mail system there. I looked at the links above to the Nortel vendors and didn't find a manual or tip on what I need to do next. Does anyone have any suggestions, on where to get a flash 4 voice mail manual or tip on how to enter the voice mail system once you have reinitialized it. I'm trying to steer clear of paying for a Nortel Tech to come out and set it up. In the future, that is what I will do, but this one would come out of my pocket, since I told him I'd take care of setting it up for him. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
