Manually uninstall agent ePo 3.02 1

Hi all, great forum, I'm here all the time.

Does anyone know how to manually remove the agent services?
The normal (manual) way to uninstall it has already been tried and failed.
- frminst.exe /remove=agent
or even - frminst.exe /forceuninstall
gives an error:
"Searching for previous install... - Previous install found, switching to modification mode - The installation was not successfull"

Anyone? Please?

reboot, Copy FRAMEPKG to the local machine say c:\windir temp, open a cmd window and change to the directory where framepkg is the type FRAMEPKG /ForceUninstall.

Works for me.
