IPO 500v2 Version 6.1

If a user records a call using the record button and then that user is configured to Forward or Copy voicemail email. A ten minute conversation will produce a 10meg wav file. Too large by most mail server standards.

This has caused big problems, the message seems to get hung up and then any subsequent voicemails will be sent several times creating duplicate e-mails.

Trying to come up with some sort of work around...

You should not use call recording and voicemail to email together.
Every minute of recording uses about 1Mb.
This has nothing to do with voicemail to email but all with the size of the recording.
You need contactstore if you want to use voicemail to email and call recording.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Basic recording on the IPO is 1 meg a minute. Contact Store is needed.

10MB email = around 15MB of data.

10MB is not a standard set by mail servers, its generally configured out of the box like that and perhaps some Administrative configuration of your SMTP / Mail server it needed to allow larger than 10MB files relay.
