Manual instalation problem

hello,

i couldn't install agent from epo server 3.0.2 to a network computer... always "push failed".
Later i installed manually in that computer, the agent and mcafee 8.0i.
Now the epo server doesn´t show the green check in that computer.
How can i put this running normally?

file and print sharing must be enabled, can you connect from start>run to \\computername\c$ ?
