Manual call recording.

I am waiting for a response from Avaya but it would seem that manual call recording by shortcode is broken in v4.

I have passed the info on to tier three.

I've the same problem....
call recording with short code doesn't work....tested on a small office rel.4.0(5) and vm pro 4.0(15).
IN manager help the instructions are:
take the call in hold and then type the short code..but nothing....

Bug?

I am having a similar problem but with conferencing. Put a call on hold and dial the shortcode it does not work.
