For the Man-down service on 3755 DECT IP phones, it is possible to send one type of TAG on calls or send a different type of ringtone to indicate that it is an emergency call for an internal group, to differentiate this call from others normal calls, even calling to the same extensions.

You could set up a GROUP or add a TAG or when I set up a door phone I use a loud Bell Gong and also use the Loud Ring tone on an amplified page controller like the Bogen to send the tone over page zones or page horns

I have used VMpro to send a prerecorded message over paging by dialing a short code as well.
