Mandatory signature in Outlook?

Hi,

Is there a way to enforce some kind of policy that forces all Outlook users in a network to have a specific text entry in the signature of their emails? In other words, can an admin force a signature for all Outlook clients?

The administrator/Management can determine how the signature fonts should look viz: Company logo,font style,color etc.Once this is determined,employees can simply copy and paste them into the appropriate space by going to :
Tools--->Options--->Mail Format---->Signatures.After pasting it,the individual employees can then edit it as necessary to reflect their names,phone numbers,fax numbers, email addresses etc.

You can do this using the Active Directory. Providing all the necessary information for every user has been applied to the Active Directory, you can force a 'standard signature block' to be added to all outgoing emial - including a photo!

There are third party solutions too: one of our favourites is eXclaimer which can add standard signature blocks and departmental headers or footers very easily and is easier to use than the Active Directory.

Sorry, I don't. I'm look after the desktop end of things: I work with geeks who specialise in the server end! I'm not in work until Tuesday and I'll try and collar one of them before they all go off site for the day and see if they have some pointers to that information.
