Is there a way to force the Not ready and post call activity codes to be mandatory. I need to force the agent to enter this code before their phone will return to a ready state.
As it is now when you are on a call you can press the acnt button nad enter your activity code or you can choose not to. Either way your phone will return to ready after the current call has ended. Our call center manager wants to force the agents to enter a code before the phone will return to a ready state. HE also wants to use this tactic for not ready time. When an agent puts their phone in not ready and goes on break they will have to enter a code to get the phone back into the ready state.
I havent been able to find information that leads me to believe I can make these codes mandatory.
I spent some time researching this and did not find a way to do this. I don't think it's possible. If you find out otherwise, I know some people who would love to hear about it.
