Manager Doesn't See Job Queue

This is really weird. I had the Arcserve Manager 7 for Netware installed on a NT4 system running Novell Client 4.83. Unfortunately NT4 croaked the machine and needed to be reinstalled. When I set the computer up again, the Arcserve Manager installed with no problem. I can see the tape drive, I can even run a backup and a restore. I can see the media pool. TheJobs Status shows that the backup job ran successfully.

However, I can't see the existing job in rotation-I can't modify, reschedule or stop it. I can't run a report that shows me the GFS media rotation prediction. I am totally frustrated.

The backup is working fine. It's just the Arcserve Manager on my computer that's messed up. Any and all suggestions cheerfully appreciated-I've tried everything I can think of.

Please cjheck the following on your workstation, where the Arcserve Manager is running.
1. The user account with which you logged onto the Manager should be the account with which the Arcserve software was installed on the server. By default, the same user account will have all previliges.
2. Secondly, try introducing another user as a "super user" of Arcserve using "User Profile" option in the Manager and try logging using that account and check.
