This is really weird. I had the Arcserve Manager 7 for Netware installed on a NT4 system running Novell Client 4.83. Unfortunately NT4 croaked the machine and needed to be reinstalled. When I set the computer up again, the Arcserve Manager installed with no problem. I can see the tape drive, I can even run a backup and a restore. I can see the media pool. TheJobs Status shows that the backup job ran successfully.
However, I can't see the existing job in rotation-I can't modify, reschedule or stop it. I can't run a report that shows me the GFS media rotation prediction. I am totally frustrated.
