Manager approval for delete payments aloha 6.1.17

Hello,

I am having an issue. The managers want to disable the ability to delete a payment such as a cash or credit card unless they have a manager approval.

There is another site that is 6.4 that can do it and i compared the settings and they are identical..

Is there something I am missing?
 
Did you compare the employee Access Levels? In version 6.3 and higher, you can clear the Delete Payments check box under the access level the employee has and this will stop them from using the function. Just make sure it is not the same access level as the manager.

Delete Payments
— Allows employees assigned to delete a payment from a check. If cleared, the manager approval screen appears when an employee without sufficient access tries to delete a payment.
 
Hello Menulink.

Yea , it was cleared. so I checked it, saved it, and then unchecked it.
Then refreshed.

It still allows the server to delete the payment without approval.
