manager 9.0.5 won't open configuration 1

When trying to open the configuration, this is what I get. The Select IP Office window comes up but the refressh is grayed out and the IP Office never pops up to be selected. it does not matter if I use the IP address of the IPO or the mask of 255.255.255.255. Any help would be appreciated. Screen capture attached.

The broadcast address first needs to be 255.255.255.255. I have had manager get "stuck" on discovery if my IP was not on the same subnet as the IPO.

Tried that also, does not matter what address is in the window the check box for IPO never comes up.

I think OP means that the displayed IP is indeed the address of the IPO. (That would work just fine).

So, you are sure:
- no firewall is blocking, even the win7?
- correct Manager installed?
- you can ping the IPO?
- IPO is properly connected to the network and running?

But, if your pc is on another subnet (VLan?), there must be a routing in place to make it work.

Oh, and if you have physical access to the IPO, try hooking up directly to the free LAN port (if it is free ofc). Set a static IP on your computer, on the same subnet as the free LAN port would be, typically 192.168.43.x (or .42.x)

Other than that, try setting the IP on your computer manually, on the same subnet as the IPO.

I can ping IPO address and receive replies. Calls are routing between the VMPro and IPO just fine. We have removed the original 9.0.3 and then reinstalled, same result, then removed 9.0.3 and installed 9.0.5 Manager, same result.
