I recently set up a One-X server. When I connect to it on the same network as the server, all is good. However when I step out of the office I get a yellow notification icon and it says "Partially connected". When I attempt to make a call I get an error that says "VoIP features not active". Has anyone experienced this before or know what it can be?

Port 5060 and 5061 open on your firewall?

RTP ports open on the firewall?

Stun setup?

this is normally because 5060 or 5061 are not forwarded to your ip office. the FQDN with port 5060 or 5061 will need to be pointed to your IPO and the other ports pointed to the One-x Server. I highly discourage using 5060/5061 with out a firewall between limiting traffic. also make sure you change all passwords from default and have login codes on all users and disable auto create. I have seen way to may hacking attempts both unsuccessful and successful lately.

I have confirmed that ports 5060 and 5061 are pointing to the IPO. I also have ports 5222, 5269, and 8444 open and pointing to the One-X server. What other ports should I have open? What ports does RTP use?

Did you setup the remote worker stuff correctly?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Remote Worker stuff? I've made users Power Users and enabled Softphone, one-X portal services, one-X TeleCommuter, Remote Worker, and Mobile VoIP Client. I'm I missing something?

I assume you use the One-X Mobile client?
If i am right then yes you should setup the SIP remote worker stuff.
It will turn green when VOIP is working.
If i am totally off then you need to be more clear and i should stop assuming stuff :)

That's correct, I'm using the mobile client on a Galaxy. It turns green when I'm connected to the server inside the same LAN. When I step out of the office and connect using my 4G it turns yellow and alerts me that One-X is partially connected. So, it seems like you're assumptions are correct and right on the right track. Please explain what exactly it is I need to configure for SIP remote workers?

It is too much to tell from the top of my head.
Follow the installation manual.
You need a FQDN for the IPO and a FQDN for One-X Portal.
If you have both pointing to the external IP address that you use then start configuring every by the book.
