Hi all

I have a question, some of the previous administrators in the company or the BCM programmer, programmed tandem between local BCM 200, and remote BCM 50 in Miami, so when we press 7 on any phone, we should be able to pickup a line in Miami, and dial using their line.

I am trying now, but it doesnt work for some reason.

When i look at the BCM Monitor of the local BCM 200, when i press 7, it picks up a VoIP line, puts 9 in front, and than it accepts up to 5 digits more, and nothing else.

What can be the problem?
I am asking, because i will have to do the same for another location, where we are putting a BCM right now.

Thanks in advance.
