Dear All

how should I proceed ?
Your usual help is appreciated

To my knowledge, you can't convert PPT to an EXE from within Powerpoint. You can, however, through 3rd party applications. Do a search on the web using 'powerpoint to exe'.

Have you tried SAVE AS , POWERPOINT SHOW.(.pps) instead of .ppt?

Another option is to run Pack & Go from the FILE Menu, this gives you the opportunity to save any embedded files, graphics and true type fonts as well as the PPT Viewer into one package. The PPT viewer does not need to be added but if your recipients do not have PPT on their systems, they can still view the presentation.

Otherwise, yes, the File > Save As > choose PPS...

Hope this helps..

Thank you all.

Saving the file as powerpoint show , I was able to accomplish the task I wanted though it isn't an exe file.

greetings.
