making phone internal calls only

I want to convert a phone to internal dialing only.

what do i need to change to make that happen?

Change yor NCOS to what you have in your RLIs to only be able to make "on switch" calls. Usually NCOS 1

The easiest way is to make a change in the CLS of the phone.
CLS = FR2
 
and if i had never programed your box.. i would ncos 0 (or 1) and cls fr2..

ncos and tgar are built unique on each site.. cls is cls
