Making of .exe not possible

Hello,

In my Visual Basic 6, when I want to make an exe, the item File => Make Project1.exe is no longer highlighted, so it is not possible for me to make an exe of my program any more.

Can anyone tell me what's going on and how I can fis this?

If you right click on a toolbar, go to customize and then click reset, that should sort the problem out for you.

I'll be honest here, I know how to solve the problem but I'm not sure how it is caused. I've tried loading/unloading add ins (as I've seen some people say that it disabled after they installed MZTools) and much messing about with menu's but I can't seem to replicate the behaviour no matter what I try.

I'll have to open this one up to the floor to see if anyone can tell us why this mildly annoying behaviour occurs?

Yeah, that was my experience too. I recall messing around, muttering spells and incantations and the odd curse, and having it suddenly correct itself as if by magic, thereby of course validating the spells and incantations.
