I have a CICS that has a AA answering all the ine after '0' rings.
When a caller press's '3' it goes to HG 292 and rings a 2 set group. If no one answers in 3 rings it is call forwarded to a vmb. The user wants the ring count to be increased to 6 rings.
I have looked at each set for call forwarding to VMB to 6 rings. I have checked the VMB and. Have checked to lines as well, yet when you call in and press three for Parts it gets sent to the HG and rings the two extensions for three rings and then transfers to VMB. The service works great but just want to increase the ring count on the HG
Any suggestions are great fully appreciated

You need to change the Queue time out under HG XXX
Best you can do is change it from 15 to 30 seconds.

Overflow of the HG is probably the DN of Vmail therefore CFNA under sets has no effect on HG's unless you overflow a HG to a set then it should go based on that sets CFNA
