Making a flash object not clickable

I have a problem with this site:

The flash at the top gets in the way of nav bar. Is there a way to make the flash object not clikable?

When you say the flash at the top gets in the way, I'm not sure what you mean. I was able to navigate through your site just fine, although the flash file did have the "click to activate" tooltip pop up along with the highlighted border. However, once you click on it, it disappears.

Why not use the Macromedia fix to remove this?

This may not be what you're concerned about. If not, then I'm not sure what the question is.
